Orbital blow-in fractures are a distinct but relatively rare clinical entity. Increasingly sophisticated techniques in radiological investigation and surgical treatment of facial fracture have improved the recognition of this type of injury. Authors present a case of lateral orbital wall fractures revealing with diplopia treated surgically.
