Orbito-cranial wooden foreign body. Case report

The case of a 26-year-old man whit an orbital foreign wooden body is presented. CT scans preoperative evaluation and initial neurosurgical management is recommended to obtain complete removal of the organic foreign material and to minimize the morbidity of the surgical removal.
