Entropion: didactical approach

Entropion consists of a rolling in of the eyelid margin, and of the eyelashes. The main forms are: infantile, spasmodic, cicatricial, paralytic. In this article we will describe different surgical techniques in order to correct entropion: Quickert technique, retractors resection with or without lateral tarsal strip. Very interesting the correction using radiofrequency in entropion of 1st and 2nd grade.
