Aim of this study was to discuss the diagnostic and clinical approach in a case of neovascular glaucoma withouttttttt apparent systemic and ophthalmic causes. A cause report of neovascular glaucoma without a clear systemic and ophthalmic related pathway has been reported. The authors underline the difficulty of the primary and differentials diagnosis when a neovascular glaucoma appears without any evident systemic or ophthalmic related cause.
