Aims and scope

Minerva Ophthalmology is a quarterly international, peer-reviewed scientific Journal, founded in 1959, which publishes scientific papers on ophthalmology.
The Journal publishes scientific papers on ophthalmology and its purpose is to share medical information from an international perspective in order to help physicians, health care workers, public officials and other relevant personnel in many geographic areas. Moreover, Minerva Ophthalmology aims to provide its readers with papers of the highest quality thanks to a fast and thorough peer review process, careful editorial work as well as open access options.
Minerva Ophthalmology welcomes articles on a wide variety of ophthalmological topics, which may be submitted in the form of editorials, original articles, review articles, case reports, special articles, letters to the Editor and guidelines.
