A spiral fracture of the humeral shaft due to arm wrestling

Fracture of the humerus due to arm wrestling are rare injuries. A bodybuilder man presented to the Emergency Department with right arm pain complaint and fracture of the humerus during the arm wrestling was diagnosed and was treated by open reduction and internal fixation.
