Hypoglicemic coma in bodybuilder: case report

We describe a clinical case of hypoglycaemic coma due to insulin in a young bodybuilder. We first analyze the reasons why insulin has been used to improve sport performance; afterwards, we address the attention on suspecting, from the very initial assessment phase, drug poisoning in young individuals in a coma, especially in the presence of unclear clinical scene.
