Effect of brisk walking on people with hypertension using antihypertensive drugs: a clinical trial

Data from multiple randomized controlled clinical trials support the use of exercise for blood pressure reduction. After this experimental design, systolic and diastolic blood pressures in a person using antihypertensive and beta blocker drugs reduced by10 mmHg and 7 mmHg, respectively.
