Myocardial infarction with normal coronary artery in the young athletes

The myocardial infarction with normal coronary arteries (MINCS) is observeted also in the young athletes, since the effort able to induce this event. The pathomecanisms are not clear; in the subjects with normal coronary angiogram, 3 mecanisms are possible: coronary thrombo-embolism, ipercoagulability stade, coronary spasm.
In the young, it is important to recognise drugs can produce chest pain or myocardial ischaemia, with normal coronary arteries.
The surgery therapy is indicate on the congenital anomalyes; in younger patients thrombotic occlusion is treated with fibrinolytic substances.
Informations on the MINCS in the young atletes are scarces; therefore studies further are necessary to define the familiarity, sex and age prevalence end tipe of physical activity.
