Meningiomas are one of the major tumors of the central nervous system, representing 20% of all intracranial neoplasms. However, extracranial location is extremely rare, in fact, there are few cases reported in the scientific literature. Most are diagnosed and treated by less experienced surgeons with this type of lesion, which is an additional challenge. The aim of this study was to demonstrate our experience in the management of this type of lesions, which are so infrequent.
