A rare case of isolated zygomatic arch fracture with proposal of a new classification

Isolated zygomatic arch fracture has been classified by many authors and treatment algorithms have been created for its treatment. This is the report of an unusual case of zygomatic arch fracture and a suggestion for a new classification.
