Rare case of elevated autoimmune serologies in alcoholic hepatitis

In rare cases, alcoholic hepatitis can present with elevated autoimmune markers which can correlate to alcoholic liver disease. We present an interesting case of a young patient with alcoholic cirrhosis and elevated autoimmune serologies.
