Atrial septal aneurism thinked to be a cause of supraventricular tachycardia but the association between these conditions is still unclear. In a few studies and case reports these cooccurence have been discussed. In this case report, we aimed to describe a patient with fetal supraventricular tachycardia and atrial septal aneurism with long term follow-up results. To the best of our knowledge this is the first case of atrial septal aneurism presenting with fetal supraventricular tachycardia.
