Intrascrotal extratesticular plexiform neurofibroma

Plexiform neurofibroma originates from nerve roots in visceral organs and subcutaneous tissue. They are well-differentiated tumors observed together with systemic neurofibromatosis 1 disorder and rarely seen at intrascrotal localization. In this article, a pediatric patient is presented by scanning the literature, who was evaluated in our clinic as testicular torsion and 6 years old as a very rarely seen age for the disease.
