The authors describe a rare case of cesarean section (C-section) scar pregnancy treated in sequence with methotrexate (systemic plus intragestational), aspiration of gestational sac, and application of a cervical ripening balloon. This minimally invasive technique helps prevent or overcome the serious bleeding so typical of cervical ectopic pregnancies.
