Chronic sclerosing sialadenitis is a fibroinflammatory disease of the salivary glands, characteristically of the submandibular gland (Kuttner tumor). This disease may clinically mimic Sjogren syndrome, and mucosaassociated lymphoid tumor (MALT) lymphoma. Chronic sclerosing sialadenitis typically presents in middle-aged to elderly patients with a slight male predominance. We present an additional case of Kuttner tumor and providing information on its histological and clinical characteristics.
