Major venous anomalies are relatively rare encountered during aortoiliac surgery. These conditions can increase the technical difficulties during surgery as well as the risk of venous injury and subsequent excessive bleeding. We report a successful repair of abdominal aortic aneurysm in a patient with double inferior vena cava.
