Alterations in muscular, bone and mineral functions following exposure in microgravity cause inappropriate reactions after return to one G gravity condition on earth. To minimize the reactions, several countermeasures have been proposed exercising, treadmill and cycle ergometer. The scientific bibliography of pathologies by microgravity and the wide knowledge of exteroception and proprioception has spurred over the years the scientists of the Italian Academy of Postural Sciences to experiment successfully a medical-scientific protocol that allows an activation of the antigravitational fasic tonic facial muscular structures of the statics also in absence of support of the foot to ground. The wide knowledge of exteroception e proprioception, through which the body uses the necessary information for its postural balance, has made it possible to obtain methods of an easy application and at very low costs.
