Secondary rhinoplasty

Revision rhinoplasty is one of the most difficult and unpredictable plastic surgery procedures performed. It requires a precise assessment of the deformity, a strong grasp of nasal support mechanism plus soft tissue skin envelope and a realistic appraisal of the outcome expected acutely and over a long period of time. In the following discussion we will summarize the three main causes of dissatisfaction and how to handle each.
