Systemic sclerodermia is a rare autoimmune pathology, with a negative long term prognosis, not exceeding 10-year survey (20%). Preferably affecting females, (F:M =5:1), and adults (30-50 years of age), it generally arises from derma and cutaneous district, exhibiting an hyperproduction of collagenes, and spreading to all other organs. It causes vascular stenosis, especially arteriolar occlusion, damaging tissues (kidney, lung, heart). Bad life expectance is due to the absence of etiological therapy, which is still only symptomatic.
