Acute clinical arise of 6 brain tumours; the trouble of clinical diagnosis and the support of instrumental investigation
Russo A.
U.O. Pronto Soccorso Chirurgico, Presidio Ospedaliero «Leopoldo Parodi Delfino», ASL Roma G
Brain neoplastic disorders are characterized by features, differing from one another The chance of early diagnosis, supported by the expanding growth of the mass into an unextensible anatomic site, is balanced by great therapeutic limits. Surgery, that eventually combined to steretotactic radiotherapy is the only effective device for the treatment of the disease, is conditioned itself by anatomical sacrifice, wich must be very deeply evaluated. Unfortunately, the exeresis of nervous paren-chima involves funtional effects, that aren’t sometimes justified if compared to prognostic benefit. Clinical arise and the compulsory instrumental investigation of 6 brain tumors are described, confirming diagnostic troubles, initially suggesting acute vascular disease.
