A rare case of hepatic actinomycosis is reported. This disease is due to Actinomyces israelii (A. israelii). Granulomatous lesions interest mainly cervicofacial tract, pleura, lung but liver rarely. Actinomycosis is characterized by granulous pus with little yellow granules. Inter-ruption of mucous barriers is the principal stage of his pathogenesis. We agree with other authors that surgical intervention is necessary only in extensive types.
