In the ­present ­paper the ­authors ­report ­their expe­ri­ence ­with the sur­gical treat­ment of ­internal hemor­rhagic pachy­me­nin­giosis (PEI). PEI is an ­uncommon dis­ease and its treat­ment is not ­well ­defined.
