The organisation of a birth control centre
Romeo G.
Polo Universitario - Milano, Ospedale Generale Provinciale «L. Sacco»
The author discusses the use of contraceptives for birth control. He puts forward a model for the functional structure of a Birth Control Centre. This structure includes the outline of a course for health and social workers, divided into theoretical and practical lessons. The aim of the course is to create a group of individuals ready to assist trainees in exercises and capable of increasing public awareness of prevention, as well as carrying our statistical surveys and socio-biological studies.
