Atrial myxoma. An unusual presentation

Atrial myxoma is the most common primitive tumor of the heart. The symptomatology which it produces is so variable that myxoma is defined as “the great simulator”. In the described case the illness presented itself in the guise of a not very well defined rheumatic disease.
