Cutaneous larva migrans: a review of the literature

Cutaneous larva migrans, also known as creeping eruption, is a zoonotic infection with hookworm species. It is an endemic infection of tropical and subtropical areas, classically defined as one of the most common skin diseases among travelers. We described the principal features of larva migrans infection and its clinical manifestations.
