Our study deals with the case of a 70-year-old male patient with a history of 3 cardiac infarcts and renal failure who presented papular skin lesions with the histological features of interstitial granulomatous dermatitis. When the patient reduced the dosage of Warfarin until it was stopped, the skin symptoms regressed. The incisional biopsy showed a chronic granulomatous inflammatory infiltrate in the superficial dermis with the presence of multinucleated giant cells distributed between the collagen fibers. We report the first case, to our knowledge, to the IGDR elicited for Warfarin.
