We report here the case of a 32-year-old Moroccan woman that developed pemphigus vegetans during pregnancy. The patient was initially treated with corticosteroids alone, then, after delivery, azathioprine and dapsone were added. Complete remission was obtained with the association of prednisone and dapsone. Our case was clinically peculiar because of the massive scalp involvement. The main complication, as reported in the Literature, was overinfection of the plaques and our patient also had an episode of Bacteroides sepsis successfully treated with systemic antibiotics.
