Multinucleate cell angiohistiocytoma (MCAH) is a benign vascular proliferation with multinucleate cells of unknown origin. We describe a case of MCAH in an otherwise healthy 40-year-old male, who consulted for the persistence over more than 10 years of red-to-violaceous maculopapular lesions. Histological examination showed a proliferation of small vessels involving dermis, together with a multinucleated cells inflammatory infiltrated, determining the diagnosis of MCAH.
