Zoon balanitis affects people over 50, but sometimes even younger people. It manifests itself clinically with an inflammation with a dark erythematous patch with a moist surface and often brilliant, sometimes erosive at the level of the dorsal part of the glans. We report the case of a 18-year-old patient suffering from Zoon balanitis treated with tacrolimus 0.1%.
