Tuberculosis is a cronic granulomatosis infectious disease, usually caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis; the infection is spread through pflugge droplets from nose and mouth of infected patients; bacillus tuberculosis colonizes skin through exogenous or endogenous infection. The primary infection, rarely, causes disease in people not immunocompromised, as the specific immune response is able to containe mycobacterium inside granulomas and tubercles; however when we have an immunodepression condition mycobacteris can get worsed. Skin tuberculosis is a rare clinic condition; however for increase of pulmonary diseases we have a recrudescence of dermatologic disease, in industrialized countries, caused by the increase of people migration, by the resistance to antituberculosis drugs, by the active infection in HIV people and recently by the diffusion of biologic drugs. The authors present a case of papulonecrotic tuberculid in a Philippine woman, already on antituberculosis treatment.
