Bowenoid papulosis occurs on the genitals (vulva and penis) of young adults. The papules are flat, reddish-violaceous or brown, often coalescent, and have a smooth velvety surface. This report describes the case of a woman with bowenoid papulosis of the vulva successfully treated with imiquimod.
