We report the case of a 55-year-old man presented with an asymptomatic, soft, reddish-pink nodule on the left nasal vestibule. The lesion was 12 mm in diameter and had a single depression on its surface. Histopathological examination of the nodular lesion showed hyperplastic sebaceous glands. On the basis of the clinical and histological data, we made a diagnosis of “giant sebaceous hyperplasia”. To the best of our knowledge, our case is the second report describing sebaceous hyperplasia of the nasal vestibule. Another peculiarity of our case is the atypical size of the lesion. In fact, the usual diameter of sebaceous hyperplasia is 2 to 3 mm. This case is interesting for its rarity and particularity.
