Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is the most common form of skin cancer in the white population worldwide, with an annual incidence of about 0.5% in the U.S. There are different clinical forms and several treatment options are currently in use. We describe a clinic case of a 43 years old patient with an infiltrated and recurrent BCC, localized on the face, successfully treated using electrochemotherapy (ECT)
