A 22-year-old man presented to our Unit because of numerous, small, brownish verrucous papules on the scrotum, which had arisen during adolescence, and a huge, hyperpigmented, verrucous polylobated mass, particularly soft at the distal end, resembling an accessory phallus. In otherwise good health, the patient presented no other cutaneous or systemic abnormalities. Histologic study following surgical excision confirmed resolution of the lesions. This case is unusual in the variety of mixed clinico-histologic aspects of the lesions.
