Uncommon presentation of right ventricle’s myxoma

In this study, we presented a case of right ventricle’s mass, seen at bedside transthoracic echocardiography, in paucisymptomatic patient with familiarity for coagulation factors disorders. Differential diagnosis between myxoma and ventricular thrombus is challenging for emergency physician and early treatment is mandatory. Contrast echocardiography could help in first evaluation but only cardiac MRI and thus histopathology characterize the mass and confirm the diagnosis.
