Pellagra is a condition characterized by deficiency of niacin resulting mainly from an unbalanced diet.
A case of pellagra in a male chronic alcoholic patient is reported.
The patient presented redness and superficial scaling on areas exposed to sunlight and these lesions resembled sunburns.
