A case of Pyostomatitis vegetans, a rare oral condition characterized by pustules, erosion, and vegetations that predominantly affect the labial and buccal mucosa is described. It is well-known that pyostomatitis vegetans can be associated with chronic inflammatory bowel disease, most commonly ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease. Twenty- six (70%) of 37 reported cases have been associated with bowel symptom. It is considered a marker for inflammatory bowel disease. The case of a 35-year-old man with pyostomatitis vegetans and ulcerative colitis is presented.
