A case of a eruptive syringoma is reported. The 28 year-old male patient presented multiple papular lesions confined to eyelids, armpits and pectoral area. The histopathology confirmed the diagnosis. Immunohistochemical studies using Carcinoembryonic Antigen (CEA), S-100, Epithelial Membrane Antigen (EMA) and Cytokeratin Polypeptides (CK) 1-5-10-11 and 19 were performed. Reactivity for CEA, CK 1-5-10-11, and 19 and absence of S-100 and EMA in the tumor was in favour of the origin from the intraepidermal eccrine ducts.
