A porcine prosthetic valve preserved for 28 years within a severely stenotic Rastelli conduit

As improving surgical and internal medical care, the number of adult congenital heart disease is increasing. The understanding of the problems of adult congenital heart is mandatory. In the present article, a unique finding of the previous Rastelli conduit’s bio-prosthetic valve is described.
