Adrenal schwannoma is a rare type of incidentaloma and it is found in the medulla. Only few cases are described in literature. Usually schwannomas are asymptomatic and they are detected incidentally. We report a rare case of a giant adrenal schwannoma treated laparoscopically with a brief review of literature.
