The article introduced a new minimally invasive treatment called percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder cholangio-drainage (PTGCD) to the patient of decompensated liver cirrhosis complicating choledocholithiasis. A detail procedure of PTGCD was displayed and discussed in the article to treat a patient who suffered from choledocholithiasis with decompensated liver cirrhosis.
