The authors describe the case of a man aged 88 years hospitalized in their department, with marked anemia, without macroscopic blood loss, with positive occult blood in the stool. The endoscopy showed an ulcerative lesion of the gastric antrum and the anterior wall of the duodenal bulb, the histology and morphology of endoscopic biopsies was compatible with a diagnosis of Not Hodgkin’s lymphoma, B cell, small cell or mantle.
