Bilateral Morgagni-Larrey hernia case report

Bilateral Morgagni-Larrey hernia is a very rare congenital diaphragmatic hernia, with an incidence of 2-5% of all diaphragmatic hernias and usually diagnosed incidentally in asymptomatic adults. In this case report we present a 76 year-old women with intestinal obstruction like symptoms diagnosed as large Morgagni-Larrey hernia. She underwent primary hernia repair via a trans abdominal approach. We have not noticed any complication untill now.
