Split right coronary artery associated with atherosclerosis

Split right coronary artery is the most common coronary anomaly. Recognition of this anomaly and the extent of its atherosclerotic lesion has important surgical implications. In this report, two cases of Split RCA are presented. Both cases underwent successful myocardial revascularization.
