Proximal pancreatectomy and stenosis of celiac artery for pancreatic head cancer when the neoplasia involved gastroduodenal artery require arterial reconstruction. The hepatic artery flow can be restored by microvascular anastomosis between inferior pancreatoduodenal artery.
