Redo cardiac surgeries using minimally invasive endoscopic technique: Widening indications
Singh Rathore K., Stuklis R., Edwards J.
Department of CT Surgery Royal Adelaide Hospital North Terrace, Adelaide, Australia
We are reporting the use of minimally invasive endoscopic technique in cases of paravalvular leak of mitral valve. One patient was managed with repair of annulus, while other needed re-replacement of valve. This technique provides less cardiac trauma, less dissection and good exposure.
