We report a case of an 82-year-old man with a right scrotal mass. Ultrasound (USG) showed a solid mass around the right testicle. Orchiectomy was performed to remove the lesion. Immunohisto-chemistry revealed a pleomorphic rhabdomyosarcoma, an extremely rare presentation of paratesticular tumors in this age group.
