Busato W. F. S. JR, Bettega L. B. P., Pereira E., Oliveira R., Soldatelli D. C. S.
Urology Service, Department of Surgery University of Vale do Itajaí, Itajai, Brazil
We report a case of an 82-year-old man with a right scrotal mass. Ultrasound (USG) showed a solid mass around the right testicle. Orchiectomy was performed to remove the lesion. Immunohisto-chemistry revealed a pleomorphic rhabdomyosarcoma, an extremely rare presentation of paratesticular tumors in this age group.
