We report a case of radial artery pseudoaneurysm, following inadvertent cannulation in a patient on hemodialysis. Angiogram revealed a high radial artery origin with a superficial course at the elbow joint, making it vulnerable to injury. The pseudoaneurysm was successfully repaired surgically, salvaging the arteriovenous fistula.
