Impending rupture of isolated abdominal aortic aneurysm in Marfan’s syndrome

Abdominal aortic aneurysms are very rare in patients with Marfan’s syndrome. We describe a 32-year-old patient with Marfan’s syndrome who presented with sudden-onset severe back pain and was found to develop dissection of an abdominal aortic aneurysm.
